Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@vanderclix.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@vanderclix.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
