Production, Quality Check & Packaging (Up to 10 Days)
Our pet collars and necklaces are handcrafted and custom-assembled to order. Please allow up to 10 days for production, quality checking, and packaging before dispatch. This production period is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- United States, Canada, and Australia: Flat-rate standard shipping is $9 USD.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $149 USD for the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may vary by destination and carrier.
- United States (US): 7 to 12 business days after dispatch
- Canada (CA): 4 to 8 business days after dispatch
- Australia (AU): 4 to 7 business days after dispatch
- Europe (select countries): 7 to 12 business days after dispatch; available shipping rates are shown at checkout.
