Q: How long does shipping take?
Each item is handcrafted to order. Production takes up to 10 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7-12 business days to the United States, 4-8 business days to Canada, and 4-7 business days to Australia. Delivery timing may still vary by carrier and destination.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping to the United States, Canada, and Australia is $9 USD. Orders over $149 USD qualify for free standard shipping automatically.
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes — our 14-Day First Impression Guarantee lets you return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
Q: Are your collars safe for sensitive skin / allergies?
All our collars are made with pet-safe, nickel-free hardware and hypoallergenic Microfiber Vegan Leather. If your pet has known sensitivities, please contact us before ordering.
Q: How do I find the right size?
Use a soft tape measure around the base of your pet's neck, leaving two fingers of room.

Q: Can I customise my collar?
Absolutely — that's what we're about. Use our Build Your Set builder to choose your collar and snap-on charms.
Q: How do the snap-on charms work?
Vanderclix Series 01 collars use interchangeable snap-on charms. Press a compatible charm firmly into a collar snap until it is seated securely. You can mix, match, and swap compatible charms without tools.
Q: What materials are used in your necklaces?
Our two necklace styles use different materials:
- The Faceted Drop Necklace — Pendant: Precision-cut Cubic Zirconia set in a silver-tone plated metal base, accented with a cream pearl. Chain: Lightweight, durable silver-tone plated metal with a secure spring ring clasp. Each stone is secured via high-strength Structural Bonding for a seamless, stable finish.
- The Butterfly Pendant Necklace — Pendant: Faceted Crystal housed within a silver-tone High-Density Composite frame, accented with a cream pearl. Chain: Lightweight, durable silver-tone plated metal with a lobster clasp and signature heart charm detail. Hand-assembled and secured via Structural Bonding for a minimalist, "floating" aesthetic.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days at hello@vanderclix.com with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Q: How do I care for my collar or necklace?
Wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid prolonged soaking. Store flat when not in use. See our Materials & Care page for full guidance.
